Alais, Juan ( 1844-1914 Argentina)
Juan Alais Moncada was born in Buenos Aires in 1844. He started playin the guitar at a very early age and it is believed that he did it without the help of a teacher. Alais started to play in public since he was 11. He composed and published 87 pieces. In 1910 he suffered a stroke and he was paralised, until he died in 1914.
